If you are looking for unforgettable Tanzania safari, the 9-day great migration calving program is the best option. Calving season occurs in Ndutu area/Serengeti’s southern plains, the peak of calving season is usually in February, when a large number of wildebeest calves are born in a single day. Because the area is very fertile, it attracts millions of ungulate mammals such as wildebeest, zebra, impala, and gazelle.

Presence of ungulates attracts a large number of predators looking for their daily food, you may encounter big game from predators if you visit Serengeti Southern Plains.

During the game drive, you might see lions hanging from tree branches if you're lucky. Other animals you might see include hippo, giraffe, impala, and zebra. Its lake, which occupies two-thirds of the park's total area, supports birdlife, including a large number of pink flamingos.

Lunch will be served at a designated picnic site in the afternoon, followed by a short break. After lunch, you'll go on an afternoon game drive to see other attractions of the park. After game drive, you will leave the park and drive to a lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

If you've ever wanted to see the Migration herds, the Serengeti Southern Plains will provide you with the opportunity to see wildebeest.

Serengeti's southern grounds are very fertile, ensuring enough food for the herds. Ndutu has enough water sources, such as Lake Ndutu and Lake Masek, to retain the herds after feeding on nutrient-rich grasses.

If you're lucky, you might see predators like lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards hunting the great migration's herds.

Your guide will transfer you to a Lodge for dinner and overnight after game drive.

The crater is home to big five animals, include lions, buffaloes, elephants, the elusive leopards, and the rare remaining black rhinos. Other animals found in Ngorongoro Crater include Zebras, Gazelles, and Wildebeest, as well as birdlife such as Ostriches and Flamingos.
