Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport / Transfer to Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania, a land full of unforgettable experiences. Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your Social Adventure Safari guide will welcome you and transfer you to a lodge in Arusha. During the scenic drive, you will have the chance to learn about local culture and enjoy the beauty of the African landscape. After arriving at the lodge, check in, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious dinner before socializing with other guests. Prepare for an exciting wildlife safari adventure starting the next day.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After a delicious breakfast, embark on a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient Baobab trees and abundant wildlife. Enjoy a game drive in search of zebras, giraffes, lions, and leopards, followed by a picnic lunch in the park. In the afternoon, continue your game drive and end the day with dinner and overnight at a lodge.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

Start your day with breakfast at the lodge before heading to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive with a packed lunch. Known for its tree-climbing lions, the park offers sightings of hippos, giraffes, impalas, and pink flamingos. After lunch at a picnic site, continue your game drive before heading to a lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 & 5: Serengeti National Park

Start your adventure with breakfast at the lodge, followed by a drive to Serengeti National Park with packed lunch, offering opportunities for en route game drives and stunning wildlife views. After lunch in one of the park's picnic areas, enjoy an afternoon game drive until sunset, then head to the lodge for dinner and overnight. The following day, embark on a full-day game drive, and for an added experience, take an optional early morning hot air balloon ride to explore the Serengeti from above.

Day 6 & 7: Ndutu / Serengeti Southern Plains

Spend two days in the Ndutu area, where the Serengeti Southern Plains come alive with the Great Migration, including thousands of wildebeest and calves born daily during the calving season. This fertile region, supported by water sources like Lake Ndutu and Lake Masek, draws large herds and offers excellent predator sightings such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards. After your game drives, your guide will transfer you to a lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Start your day with an early breakfast, then embark on a trip to Ngorongoro Crater for a crater tour with packed lunch. As the world’s largest inactive volcanic caldera, Ngorongoro Crater is home to the Big Five—lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and the rare black rhinos—along with zebras, gazelles, and flamingos. After a picnic lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning to a lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.
